Wonju City provides multicultural families with home teaching, support for language development, and interpretation and translation
services, thereby facilitating their early settlement in society and stable family life.

Daieum Project for marriage immigrants

  • Project content : Provision of instructor fees and transportation expenses for female marriage immigrants acting as instructors for multicultural understanding
  • Instructors for multicultural understanding: Provision of education and lectures on multicultural understanding by visits to various local communities such as kindergartens, daycare centers, children’s welfare centers, schools, facilities, and gatherings
